I emailed back and forth with a REAL PERSON who actually answers my questions and wasn't some canned response that had absolutely nothing to do with what I had asked and he wrote me back in LESS THAN AN HOUR!! Does that happen anywhere anymore? I got $20 more than anywhere else on earth would give and I had my money about an hour after I accepted the final quote. #1 Customer Service #1 Professional, fair accessment of your product #1 Paying the most for your device #1 Getting you your money fast. In case you can't tell, I am a total fan of cashitused!! Never will I ever go anywhere else to sell a used laptop or device! I didn't believe someone was going to buy my old laptop, but these guys made an offer I couldn't resist. I ran a quick search online and other sites failed to match their offer. Don't waste your time, go with cashitused.
