You can. But we format any storage media that comes with the device wiping it and permanently erasing all the data. Make sure you preserve any valuable data before sending your device.

To avoid any alterations to the original quote, we highly suggest that you specify the condition as accurately as possible, listing all the missing parts or accessories.

What if the new offer doesn't meet my expectations can I have my laptop shipped back to me?
Yes, you can cancel the order at any time and have your laptop shipped back to you. However, you might be responsible for the shipping expenses (depends on the size and value).
How do I get cash for my gadget?
We offer two payment methods - a company check or via PayPal. If you would like to change the payment method you selected while submitting the quote, just contact us and let us know.
Once you receive my gadget, when will I get paid?
If your laptop matches the condition you specified in the quote, then 2 to 5 days for a company check and 1 business day for PayPal.
How long does it take for a company check to arrive?
We mail checks via USPS First Class Mail which on average delivers in less than 5 days. You can request to have your check expedited via USPS Express Mail for a small fee. Just shoot us a memo and include your quote number.
