I got a box and a shipping label in the mail two days after submitting the quote. I let it sit there for a week or so before finally getting to it. But four days after I shipped it back I received my money. Quite quick assuming that I procrastinated with shipping.
I got my money confirmed the same day they received my desktop, and they immediately emailed me to tell me that my money is on the way. I would choose them if you have an old device to sell.
