I emailed back and forth with a REAL PERSON who actually answers my questions and wasn't some canned response that had absolutely nothing to do with what I had asked and he wrote me back in LESS THAN AN HOUR!! Does that happen anywhere anymore? I got my money confirmed the same day they received my desktop, and they immediately emailed me to tell me that my money is on the way. I would choose them if you have an old device to sell.
