I emailed back and forth with a REAL PERSON who actually answers my questions and wasn't some canned response that had absolutely nothing to do with what I had asked and he wrote me back in LESS THAN AN HOUR!! Does that happen anywhere anymore? We all upgraded our laptops this year. Not knowing what to do with our old machines, we contacted cashitused and they gave us a fair price. Once they received our machines, the original quote went down by $15 because I specified the wrong model. But I will take the blame and after all we're very happy.
