I emailed back and forth with a REAL PERSON who actually answers my questions and wasn't some canned response that had absolutely nothing to do with what I had asked and he wrote me back in LESS THAN AN HOUR!! Does that happen anywhere anymore? Got a quick and easy quote online for a broken MacBook. I did the buyback quote and received the shipping label at the and of the quote. I received an email confirming they had received it the a few days after. CashItUsed later confirmed that my quote amount still stood and within few days I received the money to my Paypal account.
