I emailed back and forth with a REAL PERSON who actually answers my questions and wasn't some canned response that had absolutely nothing to do with what I had asked and he wrote me back in LESS THAN AN HOUR!! Does that happen anywhere anymore? Great experience! I was initially worried that once I ship my laptop, they might try to negotiate on the quoted price. Nothing of that sort happened and I was paid as soon as the laptop was received. Everything from start to finish was super easy, and my experience was excellent!
