I got a box and a shipping label in the mail two days after submitting the quote. I let it sit there for a week or so before finally getting to it. But four days after I shipped it back I received my money. Quite quick assuming that I procrastinated with shipping.
I'm so glad that I chose this company to send my laptop to. They provided a shipping box & label, with a tracking number. I shipped my laptop to them and the business day after they received it I had my money, as promised! Totally recommend this.
This is the best experience I've ever had with a company in general. They immediately responded to all my emails. Were very polite and responsive. I got to ship my laptop for free. They payout for the laptop was very reasonable and was awesome. Excellent experience overall. I will definitely use this company again in the future!
