I emailed back and forth with a REAL PERSON who actually answers my questions and wasn't some canned response that had absolutely nothing to do with what I had asked and he wrote me back in LESS THAN AN HOUR!! Does that happen anywhere anymore? I got $20 more than anywhere else on earth would give and I had my money about an hour after I accepted the final quote. #1 Customer Service #1 Professional, fair accessment of your product #1 Paying the most for your device #1 Getting you your money fast. In case you can't tell, I am a total fan of cashitused!! Never will I ever go anywhere else to sell a used laptop or device! This is the best experience I've ever had with a company in general. They offered very competitive price and made a very fast payment after receiving my package. It is relatively easy to search the model of my laptops, and the whole process, from searching to printing shipping label. They're customer service and generous offers for your laptops is some of the best hoesntly I simply can't recommend these guys enough! 5 Stars all the way!
I got a box and a shipping label in the mail two days after submitting the quote. I let it sit there for a week or so before finally getting to it. But four days after I shipped it back I received my money. Quite quick assuming that I procrastinated with shipping.
