I got a box and a shipping label in the mail two days after submitting the quote. I let it sit there for a week or so before finally getting to it. But four days after I shipped it back I received my money. Quite quick assuming that I procrastinated with shipping.
This is great company for getting rid of old laptops, phones, desctops, tablets etc. Free shipping label with tracking number and fast payment. I will use them again when I need to recycle my next laptop.
