I emailed back and forth with a REAL PERSON who actually answers my questions and wasn't some canned response that had absolutely nothing to do with what I had asked and he wrote me back in LESS THAN AN HOUR!! Does that happen anywhere anymore? This is the best experience I've ever had with a company in general. They offered very competitive price and made a very fast payment after receiving my package. It is relatively easy to search the model of my laptops, and the whole process, from searching to printing shipping label.
