I emailed back and forth with a REAL PERSON who actually answers my questions and wasn't some canned response that had absolutely nothing to do with what I had asked and he wrote me back in LESS THAN AN HOUR!! Does that happen anywhere anymore? Great company! All they want to do is help the customer get money in a timely fashion while making sure that every laptop is recycled or sold responsibly. I will use them again when I need to recycle my next laptop.
