Cashitused is a unicorn among the endless cesspool of sleezy "sell us your device" online entities! I emailed back and forth with a REAL PERSON who actually answers my questions and wasn't some canned response that had absolutely nothing to do with what I had asked and he wrote me back in LESS THAN AN HOUR!! Does that happen anywhere anymore? I got $20 more than anywhere else on earth would give and I had my money about an hour after I accepted the final quote. #1 Customer Service #1 Professional, fair accessment of your product #1 Paying the most for your device #1 Getting you your money fast. In case you can't tell, I am a total fan of cashitused!! Never will I ever go anywhere else to sell a used laptop or device! Oh.. and if you're like me and you're reading all these 5 star reviews thinking "yeah... they probably took out the bad ones"...... Im telling you.... Cashitused is THE REAL DEAL! Great experience! I was initially worried that once I ship my laptop, they might try to negotiate on the quoted price. Nothing of that sort happened and I was paid as soon as the laptop was received. Everything from start to finish was super easy, and my experience was excellent!
