I got a box and a shipping label in the mail two days after submitting the quote. I let it sit there for a week or so before finally getting to it. But four days after I shipped it back I received my money. Quite quick assuming that I procrastinated with shipping.

I emailed back and forth with a REAL PERSON who actually answers my questions and wasn't some canned response that had absolutely nothing to do with what I had asked and he wrote me back in LESS THAN AN HOUR!! Does that happen anywhere anymore? In case you can't tell, I am a total fan of cashitused!! Never will I ever go anywhere else to sell a used laptop or device! Oh.. and if you're like me and you're reading all these 5 star reviews thinking "yeah... they probably took out the bad ones"...... Im telling you.... Cashitused is THE REAL DEAL! Thank you for reminding me that there are professional, honest people running online businesses!!
I couldn't sell my laptop using LetGo and craigslist, but these guys offered pretty good price that I didn't expect. I agreed and within a week got my money.
