You package up your laptop and get paid what they quoted you when your laptop arrives to them. It's so simple you won't be disappointed! I would recommend them to anyone. I got a box and a shipping label in the mail two days after submitting the quote. I let it sit there for a week or so before finally getting to it. But four days after I shipped it back I received my money. Quite quick assuming that I procrastinated with shipping.
