I emailed back and forth with a REAL PERSON who actually answers my questions and wasn't some canned response that had absolutely nothing to do with what I had asked and he wrote me back in LESS THAN AN HOUR!! Does that happen anywhere anymore? I'm so glad that I chose this company to send my laptop to. They provided a shipping box & label, with a tracking number. I shipped my laptop to them and the business day after they received it I had my money, as promised! Totally recommend this.
