I emailed back and forth with a REAL PERSON who actually answers my questions and wasn't some canned response that had absolutely nothing to do with what I had asked and he wrote me back in LESS THAN AN HOUR!! Does that happen anywhere anymore? I didn't believe someone was going to buy my old laptop, but these guys made an offer I couldn't resist. I ran a quick search online and other sites failed to match their offer. Don't waste your time, go with cashitused.
