I'm so glad that I chose this company to send my laptop to. They provided a shipping box & label, with a tracking number. I shipped my laptop to them and the business day after they received it I had my money, as promised! Totally recommend this.
Got a quick and easy quote online for a broken MacBook. I did the buyback quote and received the shipping label at the and of the quote. I received an email confirming they had received it the a few days after. CashItUsed later confirmed that my quote amount still stood and within few days I received the money to my Paypal account. So easy!
We all upgraded our laptops this year. Not knowing what to do with our old machines, we contacted cashitused and they gave us a fair price. Once they received our machines, the original quote went down by $15 because I specified the wrong model. But I will take the blame and after all we're very happy.
